About
Hi, I’m Michelle
A writer, wife, homeschooling mom, and follower of Jesus Christ.
I spent more than twenty years running away from writing. And although I still struggle with doubting myself and imposter syndrom, I’m now making up for lost time. Hopefully in the process I will help others feel seen, encouraged and empowered to move forward on the path God has for them.
Among other things, you might notice I sometimes write about Antarctica. I’ve wanted to start writing more about my time living and working there and thought others might find it interesting too.
Born and raised in the land of 10,000 lakes, I know the value of seasons, and how God meets us in each one. I’m not perfect, and I’ve made a lot of bad decisions in my 50+ years, but God has helped me through each one.
I’m a product of the 80’s, I love scouring plowed fields to save ancient artifacts and I enjoy reading non-fiction. Especially first-hand accounts from settlers and explorers. The tenacity and grit they possessed is inspiring.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you find something of value.
